Queen Elizabeth National Park
Queen Elizabeth National Park is in the western region approximately 400 kilometres by road south-west of Kampala, the capital city of Uganda. This park is the second biggest and was renamed after Queen Elizabeth II in 1954.It is famous for the African buffaloes, lions, African leopard, African elephant among others. The park extends from Lake George to Lake Edward connected by the Kazinga Channel which will blow you away with the bask of crocodiles and herd of hippopotamus.
Murchison Falls National Park
Murchison Falls National Park is the biggest park in Uganda located 280 kilometres north-west of Kampala and is bi-sected by the Victoria Nile. It has all of the above animals mentioned as well as the African Giraffe. It is also known for its stupendous misty waterfalls that explode violently through a narrow cleft.

Mgahinga Gorilla National Park
Mgahinga Gorilla National Park is a park with huge cultural significance in particular for the indigenous Batwa pygmies and sits high in the clouds with an altitude between 2227 and 4127 meters as its name suggests. It was created to protect the mountain gorillas that inhabit the dense forest together with the golden monkeys. this park forms part of the larger Virunga conservation area that lies along the border of Rwanda, Uganda and Congo.
